This stunner on the water was originally built in 1912. Maintaining its location on the lot required a complete rebuild. Our challenge was to demolish the entire house by hand down to the foundation, while building back the new structure in a safe manner. Our team worked hard to craft a new look and feel while enhancing and preserving its beautiful historical architecture. This one was challenging, but oh so fun!
